Wow, what a fun DVD! When we received this, we popped it in the DVD player right away and had so much fun dancing around the living room. My two girls were smiling ear to ear and even had me dancing with them... talk about a good post pregnancy workout! We learned a lot of new moves and I even pulled my husband into the room so we could share the fun! At the end of the video, both my girls, and myself, had a full workout and had fun doing it.?
